Shipping Policy
At Choco More, we strive to deliver your favorite chocolates, candies, nuts, perfumes, cosmetics, baby care products, and gift hampers to your doorstep with the utmost care and efficiency. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policy:
Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard Delivery: Islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery time is typically between 2-3 business days.
- Express Delivery: Available in select locations for an additional fee. Delivery time is typically between 1-2 business days.
- Free Shipping: On orders over LKR 20000.00.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 02:00 PM are processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 02:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery
- Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
Returns Policy
At Choco More, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Unused and Unopened Items: You can return items within 3 days of receipt.
- Non-returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened food products, cosmetics, and perfumes.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Notify our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order via our website’s contact page or email.
- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Adjustments and Custom Orders
- Adjustments: Free adjustments are available within the first 3 days of receipt. After this period, a fee may apply.
- Custom Orders: Customizable gift hampers and items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
